01. General Terms

bdtjal (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we" or "the Authority") is an online casino and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a valid agreement between the user and bdtjal.

By creating an account on the platform or using any service, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms stated in this document. These terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

02. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Transactions on bdtjal can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers or other methods are not currently available.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please see the details of the relevant offer.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• The authority reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

The bdtjal VIP program has four tiers, each with weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers based on gaming activity and loyalty.

05. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets cannot be changed once confirmed. If a bet is not recorded correctly due to a technical error, the authority reserves the right to void that bet. If any event in sports betting is postponed or cancelled, it will be settled according to standard betting rules.

5.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. A bet may be rejected due to network delays.

5.3 Game Results and Fairness

bdtjal only offers games from certified and accredited game software providers. Game results are determined entirely impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG). The authority does not interfere in any game outcome.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet amounts may be set for specific games or events. The applicable limit will be shown next to each game or market. The authority reserves the right to change limits at any time.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjal platform:

• Betting or gaming through fraudulent, illegal or dishonest means
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Accessing another person's account or selling or transferring accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Creating an account with false information or committing identity fraud
• Gaming or betting on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to do so
• Attempting to gain disproportionate profit by exploiting any error or bug

9.3 Balance after cancellation

In the case of cancellation for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, in the case of cancellation due to fraud or violation of rules, the balance may be forfeited.
